The suspect was then detained and brought in for questioning. While in custody, the Loss Prevention Officer discovered an unidentifiable, white liquid on the panties. An understanding was reached by the suspects and the Loss Prevention Officer, and they was released without involvement of law enforcement. $17.99 retail value recovered for the store without incident.
